Based in Manhattan, Bryan Kreider leads the NYC Healthcare Advisors team

Drawing from a decade of experience as an underwriter for sophisticated, multi-state healthcare delivery systems, Bryan has a strong understanding of the complex needs of healthcare providers. He has specialized expertise with insurance and real estate deal pricing, due diligence, and risk management strategies. Dually licensed as an insurance and real estate broker, he has aligned with two world-class brokerages to provide an extensive array of services for his clients.

By leveraging his vast network and strategic partnerships, analyzing real-time market data, and utilizing custom built proprietary tools, he consistently achieves his three main objectives: limit the uncertainty in the buying process, advise on the most data driven decisions, and deliver long-term solutions that best match his client’s needs.

Graduating from Penn State University with a master’s business degree in healthcare, Bryan is also RPLU and CPCU designated. He serves on the Board of Directors of his Cooperative building, is involved in the Penn State Alumni Association and enjoys traveling internationally after having a live-work experience in Zurich, Switzerland previously.
